Our Virtual Patient Advocate team works magic with incoming lead inquiries - handling, qualifying, and seamlessly setting them up with appointments with our clients. These are NOT cold calls, by the way. We're searching for someone ready to jump in, equipped with a spirit of organization, strong English skills, and the desire to learn. About Us:

AddMedia NYC is a North American based digital marketing agency that specializes in working with dental practices. We work with clients all across the United States & Canada to help them generate more customers and grow their dental practice through our industry leading Virtual-Practice Program.


About The Job:

As an Appointment Specialist you will be responsible for responding to all new lead inquiries via text and calling through our software platform, qualifying those leads to ensure they meet our standards, answering any general questions they may have, and scheduling them for an appointment with our client. These are NOT cold calls. You thrive on being organized and understand the importance of acting quickly when responding to your lead inquiries. You know how to connect with people, listen and resolve their questions or concerns. This is an opportunity to be on the front lines of a fast growing company and grow within our company as our team grows.


Responsibilities:

 -Respond to new lead inquiries via phone and text

 -Qualify leads via phone and text based on our standards

 -Answer any questions and resolve any concerns that leads have

 -Schedule leads in for an appointment time with our medical clients

 -Follow up and nurture leads until they are ready to schedule an appointment

 -Complete ongoing daily and weekly training with our Executive Team

 

About you:

 -Strong English skills; spoken, written and reading

 -Self-motivated and able to work from home without being distracted

 -Strong internet connection & have your own fast computer

 -Love to build relationships and help customers

 -Can communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics.

 -Excited to build a long-term sales career in our company

 -Ability to follow instructions and take coaching

 -The skills to work both independently and as part of a team

 -Have experience in phone based customer service or sales

 -Familiar with using technology


Compensation:

$960-$1,350 per month for Full Time

+ Multiple Bonuses, so we can reward our A-players :)


Schedule:

Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Possible evening schedule (pending on a case-to-case basis)
